Puligny String Quartet tonight at St Philip's

The Puligny String Quartet play at St Philip's tonight, 11th April. Programme to include works by Schubert, Webern and Brahms.

Our new picnic hamper

Okay, perhaps it's a bit OTT but we got this picnic hamper for Christmas and it is lovely. There are 6 of everything, so enough for the family plus one guest, there's plenty of room for the food as well as 6 champagne flutes! We gave it a first outing whilst meeting our friends, Jeni & Patrick at Chatsworth. Only down side is that it takes up an enormous amount of room in the car.

Low Anthem

Low Anthem were very, very good. Music that really worked well in the church. They kept changing instruments and moving around and the mobile phone trick was really quite clever...
